When The Mighty Voice Is Heard

This is the day, the age of great awakening
the world is tottering, eager all to know
And yet they stand aloof and slumbering murmur
What next and how? And why is it all so?

The harvest of the world's been ripening fast
The reapers with their sickles sharp to thrust
God in His vengeance now doth cry aloud
To cover up the wickedness of lust

When the mighty voice is heard far and near
He has come, the earth from sin to relieve
The earth's to be cleansed and renewed
Its paradise glory to receive

Christ shall come here to reign
On the earth that He gave His life to save
That God gave to the children of men
He shall raise from the depth of their grave

The thousand years of peace that God has promised
Is coming and no man its time can stay
He has give to all His bible understanding
An equal chance to learn and know His way

To be the heirs of good, the life eternal
And not fall with evil in the darkest pit
New heavens to the righteous shall be given
When the earth is cleansed and God has made it fit.
