SUN AND SKY

I am looking o'er the mountains
What do you think I see?
I can see a beautiful ship
Sailing out upon the sea

The sea it is the blue sky
The ship it is the sun
The work of this great blessing
For the day has just begun

Its rays of light and warmth
Down upon the earth will shine
We always can look for him
Each morning just on time

Sometimes the sea is cloudy
The ship cannot be seen
But we know that he is there
For us again will gleam

Just as the ship of life
Sailing out on its great sea
Sometimes its sea so cloudy
A great blessing turns to be.
