Sowing

I have a little garden and plant in it every day
Tiny little seeds so that when I'm far away

This little garden grows to man or womanhood
They will grow these seeds I've planted and help them to be good

I plant seeds of speaking kindly and from selfishness depart
Seeds of never steal and always do your part

I plant seeds of being truthful and seeds of don't profane
Seeds of do be kind don't cause another pain

Seeds of mind your parents and always love your God
Seeds of scatter sunshine all along the path you trod

I plant them in the garden that's been given me to tend
They should be planted early so as with the ground they'll blend.
