The Azure Blue

Last nite as the moon came up
To sail in the clear blue sky
I saw that it formed a beautiful boat
As though it had just been left afloat

All of the stars reminded me
Of anxiously waiting some fair one to see
Climb into the boat of golden hue
And silently sail o'er the azure blue

Then as I slept in sweet repose
The stars seemed to beckon and I arose
Climbed into this boat of golden hue
I went to sail o'er the azure blue

The sights I saw from the boat of gold
My human mortals could n'er be told
But be careful all of you what you do
You can see o'er the world o'er the azure blue

Now when you see this beautiful boat
As tho it had just been left afloat
Just climb into this boat of golden hue
Gaze o'er the world from the azure blue.
