What makes the stars twinkle?
I'd like to know
Are they taking pictures
Of the earth below?

And are you sure
They've not of you
Pictures you wouldn't want
No one to view?

Suppose that they use
A large x-ray
And all buried wrongs
They can portray?

Do you think you would like
To have shown of you
Pictures you wouldn't want
No one to view?

For it surely must be
A powerful plan
To portray on the earth
The doings of man

Then let the stars twinkle
But take of you
Pictures you are willing
The world should view

What makes the stars twinkle?
I'd like to know
Are they sending spirits
To earth below?

And are they receiving
Those that are gone
Back to that home
They sent them from?
